We don't provide an express delivery service (courier service) because of the considerable extra cost that our customers would incur. Express delivery services will typically cost a lot more than the canvas prints themselves and are more likely to incur customs fees. For these reasons we choose to ship simply via standard Postal services, with tracked delivery. This may take a little longer than express couriers, but will be absolutely free.

Our returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and packaged as new in the original packaging. Upon purchase of your order, you will be given up to 12 hours to cancel your order. We will provide you a full refund if required if you cancel your order within the first 12 hours. However if 12 hours has passed since you made the order, you will have to wait for your parcel to arrive before you can return it to us.
